PSend

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to PSend’s prepaid email API, dashboard, and related services.

Last updated · 20 October 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, signing in (including via Google or GitHub), or using the PSend API, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you use PSend on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

PSend provides transactional and bulk email sending, domain authentication helpers, webhooks, wallet billing, and a customer dashboard. Features and plan limits may change; current caps are enforced through Planet for your account tier.

3. Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for credentials, API keys, and OAuth-linked identities associated with your account. Keep keys secret; do not embed live keys in mobile clients. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that present security or deliverability risk.

4. Prepaid wallet and fees

Sending consumes prepaid wallet balance and/or included plan volume. Wallet top-ups do not expire while your account remains in good standing. Fees, overage rates, and included volume are shown at purchase or in the dashboard. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.

5. Your content and recipients

You retain ownership of email content you submit. You grant PSend a limited license to process, queue, transmit, and log messages as needed to operate the service. You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and honor unsubscribe and suppression requirements.

6. Acceptable use and deliverability

Use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Bounce and complaint thresholds may trigger an account gate that pauses sending until Planet review. We may throttle or refuse traffic that threatens shared or dedicated IP reputation.

7. API and fair use

Rate limits and batch caps apply. Circumventing limits, probing other tenants, or reverse-engineering non-public systems is prohibited. Beta or preview features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

8. Confidentiality and feedback

Non-public product information remains our confidential information. Feedback you provide may be used to improve PSend without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee inbox placement, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what mandatory law requires. Delivery depends on recipient providers and your list quality.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSend’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, lost profits, or consequential damages.

11. Term and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity. Upon closure, API access ends; we retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
